William Naumes, PhD, is Associate Professor of Management at the Whittemore Shool of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He reeived a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and a master´s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University and PhD in Business from Stangord University. He has written over 100 cases and instructors´s notes, many of which have been published in journals and texts; seven of these are books he has authored. The cases span the areas of entrepreunership, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, and organization behavior. He has participated in numerous case workshops and case review panels at regional and national professional meetings throughout the United States and in Europe and has taught and worked with faculty in Europe and Indonesia, as well as the United States. He has served twice as the Program Chair for the North American Case Research Association (NACRA) and as president in 1996-1997. He was editor of the Case Research Journal from 1988 through 1991 and has acted as one of the coordinators of the New Case Writers panel and Case Writers Workshops at the Decision Sciencies Institute for many years.

Margaret J. Naumes, PhD, is Adjunt Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, where she teaches Strategic Management and Business, Government, and Society. She received a BS in Economics from Connecticut College, an MA and PhD in Economics from Stanford University, and MBA from Clark University. She has published articles and case studies dealig with cross-cultural management, entrepreunership, management decision making, and ethics, and she has written several books on management and case writing.
