About Pre-Registration of proposal

• Those interested in taking part in the congress as speakers must pre-register their proposal by filling out the following format.
• This step must be completed before registering for the congress, and applicants must wait for the Evaluation Committee to accept their proposal before registering as a speaker and making the corresponding payment.
• For this stage, it is not necessary to have the extended abstract or the PowerPoint or Prezi presentation ready. In the format above you will only be asked for general information about the author and the paper, in addition to a summary of no more than 250 words in length. The extended abstract will be sent later, once the proposal has been accepted.
• The deadline for pre-registering your proposal is October 22, 2014.
• The Evaluation Committee for each topic will choose the winning proposals and notify the main author via e-mail before November 5, 2014.
