This course is focus on the study of Training and Organizational Diagnosis in hospitality organizations. Training is one of the fundamental responsibilities of almost all hospitality managers, and this HR function plays an instrumental role in managing organizational change. In this course, you will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate both formal and informal training programs. In addition, we will examine factors beyond design and implementation that may influence training effectiveness. Organizational Diagnosis will be study considering its importance and relevance in the process of implementation of cultural change oriented to quality service management program in a hotel and a restaurant operation.
