To grant an overall panorama of the Mexican Electoral Right: to analyze the evolution of electoral right; to show the scope of institutions, laws, codes and rules integrating theoretical and conceptual issues; to know the obligations, functions, structure and organization of institutions and individuals involved in the various electoral processes, as well as their ways of associating with each other; to analyze and identify the stages of electoral processes in Mexico at the federal, and local scope from the legal point of view; to identify actors related directly and indirectly with electoral right and their possible participation in electoral processes; identify active and passive parties in the commitment of electoral crimes under the view of the penal type stated in the Twenty fourth Title of the Mexican Penal Law. All stated above with the clear goal of fostering the development of civic abilities in pupils to furnish the enforcement of democratic institutions in Mexico.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE.
To apply and integrate the acquired knowledge in the four courses of the professional cluster in the area of International commercial law.
To apply the concepts and the techniques learned in the professional cluster courses in the analysis of practical cases. To obtain a complete vision with knowledge, experiences, legal abilities and technique on international commercial contracts.
TOPICS AND SUB-TOPICS OF THE COURSE.
Note: Due to the nature of the course, the projects are going to be developed with the supervision of a advisor professor and they vary in their content.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES.

Note: Due to the nature of the course the specific objectives are met through the learning activities.
The development of a project related to the legal frame of the international business.
The present course has as an objective to apply the acquired knowledge in the four courses of the related professional cluster. The project may be a company external project or a academic department internal project. The primary requisite of the project is to let the student – professional to apply the acquired knowledge in the area of the professional cluster. If the project is an academic department internal project it is recommended to apply the strategy denominated PBL to it.

LEARNING ACTIVITIES.

The professor has to manage the different sciences and disciplines that Criminology requires to achieve the interdisciplinary of the course. Also he has to know the actual problems of the country in the many fields of justice, with the goal to analyze and propose criminology politics for the prevention of antisocial behaviors. With full criterion to the change to new paradigms that help to achieve Justice.
