The
objective of the course is for the student to acquire a command
of the course content and to be able to understand the technology
and diagnosis of legal investigation, to learn and apply this methodology
in the field of law.

Mexico´s political-economical development
To
differentiate, learn and apply the political-economic systems on
which the function of federal public administration is upheld in
order to achieve the development of the country.

Historical-sociologicla analysis of Law
In
this course the student will learn about the history of law and
will acquire the ability to analyze each stage of law history in
relation to current legal phenomena.

Projection of contemporary legal systems
The
student will learn about the content of contemporary legal systems
and compare their advantages and disadvantages, such as: the principal
legal systems, the Roman-Canonical-Germanic system, the Anglo-Saxon
system, the Oriental system and the socialist system.

Commercial companies and civil parternships
The
student should learn the content of opposition and nullity actions,
of the validity of assemblies, the administrative organs of companies
as well as those of vigilance and their legal character, the corporate
rights of shareholders, capital stock and bank contracts.

Work relations and social security
In
this course students will learn about the instruments for individual
working law, collective working law and procedural working law.
Specifically: work relations and work contracts, labor cases, strikes,
legal contracts, trade unions and the suspension of work relations.
D4007.
Teaching and didactics of law
In
this course the student will acquire a command of the knowledge
and instruments necessary for communicating knowledge with all the
elements found in the teaching-learning process of law.
D4008.
Sociology of education in the legal area
The
student will learn about the contextual and socio-educational variables
to improve the teaching of law. Position and subject of general
sociology and within education. Objective and field of studies.
Education as a social phenomenon. Higher education. Educational
legislation. University. Different educational theories.
D4009.
Teaching-learning psychology for law
The
student will understand the position of the psychology of the teaching-learning
process for law within general psychology, the contributions of
psychology to the educational process, socialization, the teacher-student
relationship, introduction to the learning process, conditioning,
reinforcement and stimuli for learning and teaching new conducts
such as maintenance, reduction and elimination of conducts, memory
and evaluation.

Objectives:
To analyze and to study the presented/displayed proposals to carry
out the electronic commerce. To diagnose and to foretell the future
actions of regulation.
Topics: Uniform codes and international agreements. Rights and obligations,
as much of the supplier as of the consumer. Intellectual property
and privacy.

In
this course students will learn about the instruments for individual

Teaching of administrative and fiscal justice
The
student will understand administrative justice in Mexico, administrative
tribunals, the theses of Ignacio L. Vallarta and Mariscal. Background
of federal fiscal tribunals, the structure of federal fiscal tribunals
and the structure of competencies. Nullity trials, full jurisdiction
trials, inadmissibility of administrative contentious trials, parties
in trials. Lawsuits and defense pleas, evidence, sentences, resources
in contentious trials and the jurisprudence of federal fiscal tribunals.

National and international commerce
This
course seeks to provide the student with a better understanding
of the workings of the legal regulations applicable to national
commercial activities, as well as to the legal dispositions for
foreign trade, with regard to the new development paradigm offered
by trade liberalization

Industrial
system of industrial exclusive rights and their projection in Mexico.
History of industrial exclusive rights in México, elements of industrial
exclusive rights. New creations, distinctive signs, technology transfer,
repression of unfair competition. Actions that arise from the industrial
exclusive rights law and the physical protection of rights.

Legislation and institutions on industrial productivity
The
course focuses on providing students with an in-depth knowledge
of the state's legal and institutional system for helping companies
to develop their capacity for increasing productivity, as part of
the public sector's efforts to accelerate the economy's structural
transformation.

University education
The
student will learn about the teacher-student relationship in the
teaching-learning process, as well as the positive factors for teaching
law, vocation of the teacher, professional ethics of the university
professor and motivation, amongst others.
